Several hours for Josef Bubeník's book Krystalové prostory (Crystal Spaces)
The launch of Josef Bubeník and Jan Dočekal's book Krystalové prostory (Crystal Spaces) will take place on October 14, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the CED Cellar Stage, along with a one-day exhibition of Bubeník's paintings. The exhibition will be open from 4 p.m.

On October 14, 2025, the CED Cellar Stage will host the launch of the book Krystalové prostory (Crystal Spaces), in which Jan Dočekal talks with painter Josef Bubeník. The book about art, painting, colors, and much more was published by Sursum Publishing. The book launch will begin at 7:00 p.m.
On the same day, there will be a special one-day exhibition of paintings by Josef Bubeník, which will be open to the public at the CED Cellar Stage from 4 p.m.
The exhibition was created specifically for the occasion of the book launch.
The book launch will take place in the presence of both authors, publisher Miroslav Klepáček, and with musical accompaniment by guitarist Martin Dufek.

Josef Bubeník is a painter and teacher. He is a member of the surrealist group Stir up, the Union of Visual Artists, and the BonusArt art association. He has had numerous solo and group exhibitions in the Czech Republic and abroad. He works primarily as a painter, but also creates posters and book illustrations.
