Authors’ Reading Month 2020

Authors’ Reading Month (ARM), which is the largest literary festival in Central Europe, was established in Brno in 2000 and over time spread to other cities: in 2011, to Ostrava; a year later to Wroclaw and Košice; and, most recently, to Lviv, in 2015. The programme of the festival has a dual focus: the first is domestic, i.e., the literature of the host countries; the second is the literature of the country that is awarded the title of ‘Guest of Honour’ in that particular year.
